• Production & Shipping: Because these decals are printed off-site, a standalone shipping and production charge applies. This is separate from the shipping costs of your finished cup.
• Approval & Final Sale: By requesting a custom design, the customer agrees to cover all design, printing, and shipping costs. We are not responsible for dissatisfaction with the final printed result once the design has been approved for production.
