Custom Order Policy
At Chaos & Glitter Creations, we take pride in creating custom products specifically for you. Because each item is handmade to order, we do not accept refunds, cancellations, or returns once an order has been placed.
Air Bubbles & Natural Variations
Please be advised that air bubbles may occur within the liquid of snowglobe tumblers as a natural result of the shipping and settling process. These are considered an inevitable aspect of the product and are not grounds for replacement or refund.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, you must contact us at chaosandglittercups@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damage and the packaging. After 48 hours, we are unable to offer a replacement or evaluation of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
As all items are custom and personalized, they are exempt from being returned. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Since every item is custom-made, we do not offer exchanges. If a replacement is approved due to damage, it will be for the same item originally ordered.
